Refund policy

We value our customers and do our best to get it right the first time! If we are in error we will replace the item, otherwise, there are no refunds or exchanges on customized items. There are no free reprints on DTF prints that are sized incorrectly or still have the background on your images. Please double check your submissions before placing your order.
